ASUS banned me after I spoke about their faulty hardware... so I contacted GamerNexus

I’ve shared my issues with ASUS hardware openly and ended up banned. To take this further, I’ve reached out to GamerNexus for help!

This person wasn’t banned for hardware complaints. They were banned for allegedly copying someone else’s content about a different brand and presenting it as their own experience with an ASUS device. You can see the original complaint here. The content they posted was very similar to a previous issue discussed about another brand in this forum.

I’m relieved to hear that, I just bought an ASUS.

Actually, I think it’s about principle. They had a faulty ASUS product, sought help on the ASUS forums, and got banned. That seems unfair.

I had a similar experience with ASUS. My laptop was DOA, and it took me five months to return it. I was always on the phone and followed all their procedures. It was exhausting. After I finally returned it, they resold it as ‘new.’ That’s when I realized I couldn’t deal with ASUS anymore and switched to another brand. The new laptop is so much better. Keep fighting for your rights as a consumer.

Be careful, there’s evidence that the original poster was dishonest. Check the information provided by the ASUS representatives.

My ASUS ROG is fantastic, ASUS makes great products.

I would have just used the warranty or returned it.

It sounds like there should be warranty coverage against manufacturing defects.
