Does the GTX 4090 really make a difference over 4080? Will there be a discount for Black Friday?

Exactly—unless it’s heavily discounted, the 4090 isn’t worth the premium over the 4080.

If I had the budget and didn’t mind the weight, I’d go for the 4090 just for the larger VRAM.
