@Parker
I bought this exact laptop for my personal work and projects. I strictly use my Strix G16 for gaming.
@Parker
What’s the TGP of that 4060?
Isn’t anyone considering possible wattage and cooling differences, which could mean a performance difference between the two 4070s? I’m not sure though but I don’t think the 7 will have the same potential as the Pro 5.
@Harlem
Both are 140W RTX 4070s.
Of course
Definitely worth it, you saved money and got a better laptop
I just got a Legion laptop with an RTX 4070, 32GB RAM, Ryzen 7 series chip with 2TB storage for $1,200 USD at Micro Center. I’m enjoying it so far

That’s a fantastic price! How do you care for it, and how does it perform with demanding games?
@Zyler
I mostly play lighter titles like Fortnite, Minecraft, and Tomb Raider. It runs them at epic/very high settings with a good frame rate. The screen is 165hz and stays around 120fps most of the time
@Tory
That’s awesome! I can’t wait to get mine

I hope you’ll share your experience here soon! I love mine. It’s well-built and doesn’t flex as much as my previous MSI or Asus laptops did
@Tory
Definitely will share! Thanks for the encouragement

Can you share the link for that?
Yeah, it’s a great deal for a 7i.
Has it shipped already? I ordered on Black Friday and it’s still pending
For this price, it’s just excellent! Wow. Have fun, bro, you made a really good deal

Thanks, mate!
You paid less for more. You know you made the right choice.
Sorry if I sound uninformed, and ignore this if I am wrong. I am speaking from an EU perspective, but laptops like Acer Helios 16 and MSI Crosshair 16 HX (i7-14900hx, 4060, 16gb, 1tb) have about the same specs for £1,050, which should be around $1200. You can upgrade the RAM for about $100 during a Black Friday sale.
I might go for this one too. Y’all think this would be able to play GTA6?
