Turn MSAA off or set it to x2, and you should see an improvement. Also, avoid frame scaling in advanced settings.

It’s a GTA V issue; since they implemented the anti-cheat, performance has dropped significantly.

GTA V runs poorly, but not this badly. Are you sure your charger is connected? Or maybe you’re using the wrong GPU?

Good evening! I have an Asus TUF 505 DV with an R7 and an RTX 2060, and I run games at 60 fps at 1440p ultra. I find your issue strange.
