What can I do about selling my brand-new gaming laptop?

Hello, I’m a video editor, and I purchased the Lenovo Legion 5 (RTX 4070, i9-14900, 240hz 1TB SSD, etc.) for £1599.00 since I assumed I’d need insane specs for the amount of severe editing I do. The laptop is fantastic, and I understood when I bought it that the battery life would be short, but I had no idea it would be this short—about 1.5 hours if I’m editing. This is not sustainable whether I’m traveling or simply working outside / in the living room lol.

It’s basically brand new because I’ve only used it twice for around two hours each time. I decided I really want to sell it because the battery life is poorer than I expected, but I’m not sure where I can get the best & most realistic deal.

Any help is appreciated.

If you’re outside the return window, you’re going to take a bath on it.

Any machine for video editing is going to be tethered to the wall. Unless you’re going to just wait until you can get to a desktop why not keep the laptop. If the only reason you bought a laptop was for cordless, yes you’ll have to sell and take a bath most likely around 500.

return it before 30 days then you are good to go.

have you switched to iGPU mode instead of the dedicated GPU when you unplug your laptop from the charger? there’s also other stuff you can do to save battery such as switching from 240hz to 60hz
