That cooling pad is excellent. It significantly reduced my laptop’s temperature.

What’s the model of your cooling pad?
Consider uninstalling McAfee and just using Windows Defender. It’s all you need and much less of a hassle.
I use the same cooling pad, and it’s been great for my laptop.
Have you thought about connecting your laptop to a monitor? It might be more comfortable than using it on your bed.
