Yep, I ended up with a 4070/i7 1080p for $1k. It’s not great, but my old laptop is from 2014, Intel 4th gen.

Don’t get the normie 4060/4070; they won’t last. You’ve seen what happened with Far Cry 6, right? I got my 3080 10GB, but they made 12GB VRAM almost a minimum. Next year, 16GB will be required.

I’ve looked at Lenovo’s website but haven’t talked to anyone. Does talking to them get you better deals?

If you ask them, they’ll say deals could still happen on Black Friday. If you see something not discounted now, it might get discounted on Friday.
